We normally have negligible chance of death during shipping, since livestock are delivered in person.
Fabaquarium would bear 100% of the cost of the fish died/damaged Plants, and replace dead livestock within 48 hours. In case, we are out of stock, we will refund the money within 48 hours as well.
In the unlikely event that the delivery boy delivers a dead animal/plant, we request you file a claims/death on arrival on Contact Us immediately and email the photos within 2 hours of receipt of the shipment.

Photo of dead fish/ Defective item on top of the invoice which we send.
Pleas note that we would not be able to entertain claims after 2 hours of receipt of item.
Please also note that we would intimate the customer minimum one day prior to delivery and if nobody receives the parcel at the customer’s end we won’t be able to refund the amount.
Cancellation request for livestock is not possible, since risk to livestock during transit is very high and we would not like to stress our livestock for cancelled orders.
